Client portal · Tutorial 101

Your client portal, explained from A to Z

The portal is your personal space: order a plan, pay, find your credentials, renew and open a support ticket. This guide walks through every screen in the order you will meet it. Five minutes covers everything.

  • No password to remember: sign in with Google or a 6-digit code sent by email
  • Guided 6-step order, price updated live
  • Your IPTV credentials are always in Subscriptions → your order

Signing in to the portal

The portal has no password. You sign in with your Google account or with a one-time code sent to your email address. Your account is created automatically the first time you sign in.

  1. 1

    Open the sign-in page

Go to portal.iptv-qchd.com (the Client login button at the top of this site). The “Sign in to your account” screen offers two ways in.

  2. 2

Option A — Continue with Google

Click Continue with Google, pick your Google account, and you land straight on the dashboard. This is the fastest route if you have a Gmail address.

  3. 3

Option B — Continue with email

Type your address in the E-mail field. The small Cloudflare box validates on its own (it shows “Success!”) — it is there to block bots. Then click Continue with email.

  4. 4

    Enter the 6-digit code

A “Verify your email” message is sent to you with a 6-digit code. Type it into the six boxes: you are signed in automatically on the last digit.

Finding your way around the dashboard

Once signed in you land on the Overview. The left-hand menu stays visible everywhere and gives access to every section.

  1. 1

    The three counters

At the top: Active subscriptions, Total transactions and Days before renewal. The last one drops to zero when a subscription expires — that is your reminder to renew.

  2. 2

    The “Your subscriptions” block

It lists your active lines. Until you order something it shows “No active subscription” with a See plans button that starts an order directly.

  3. 3

    The left-hand menu

    Overview — the summary.
Subscriptions — your lines and their credentials.
    Plans — order or renew.
Transactions — your orders and their payment instructions.
Setup guide — the same tutorials as on this site.
    Support — your tickets.
    Profile — your account.

Ordering a plan in 6 steps

Click Plans in the menu. A progress bar at the top shows where you are; the Back button lets you change a choice at any time — nothing is sent before the last step.

  1. 1

    1 · Order type

Choose New subscription for a first line. Renew a subscription is only enabled if you already have a line to extend (otherwise it reads “No subscription to renew”). Click Continue.

  2. 2

    2 · Choose your plan

Plans are listed with their “From” price: Duck, Edge, Raccoon, Trex, Ciné pack and Trial 24 (the 24-hour trial at $2.99 to test before committing). Tick one, then Continue.

  3. 3

    3 · Duration and devices

Pick the duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and the number of devices that can watch at the same time (1 to 4). The Total price updates on the right — it is a one-off payment, nothing renews by itself.

  4. 4

    4 · Bouquets

Choose your channel bouquet: Canada-list (the Canadian essentials), ALL (every live-TV country, selected by default) or Custom selection to build your own list. Below, the Include adult channels (18+) switch is off by default.

  5. 5

    5 · Review and pay

The summary on the right lists everything: order type, plan, duration, devices, bouquet, adult content and Total. Read it over, then choose your payment method: Interac e-Transfer (Canada only) or Bitcoin. Click Continue to create the order.

  6. 6

    6 · Confirmation

The order is saved with a reference number and the payment instructions for the chosen method are displayed. You can find them again at any time under Transactions → Details — no need to start over if you close the page.

See the plans and how they differ →

Paying for your order

The portal never charges you automatically: you send the payment, then we activate the line. Follow the instructions on the confirmation page (or under Transactions → Details).

  1. 1

    Interac e-Transfer (Canada)

From your banking app, send an Interac e-Transfer for the exact amount to the email address given in the instructions. Put your reference number in the transfer message: that is how we match it to your order.

  2. 2

    Bitcoin

The instructions show the amount in BTC and the address to use. Send exactly that amount from your wallet; network confirmation usually takes a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Activation

As soon as the payment is received, the order switches to paid under Transactions and your line appears under Subscriptions with its credentials. You also get a confirmation email. In doubt, or if it seems to take long? Open a ticket under Support or reach us on chat.

My subscriptions and my credentials

The Subscriptions section gathers your active lines — this is where you find what to type into your IPTV app.

  1. 1

    Open a line

Click the subscription to see its details: plan, duration, number of devices, expiry date and the device declared at order time.

  2. 2

    Your IPTV credentials

On the order page you will find your username, password and server URL (Xtream Codes details), plus the M3U link if your app asks for one. Those three pieces are what IPTV Smarters, Hot Player, TiviMate and the others ask for.

  3. 3

    Renewing

Go to Plans, choose Renew a subscription at step 1, then follow the same steps as a new order. Your credentials stay the same: nothing to reconfigure on your devices.

Install the app on my device →

Transaction history

Every order creates a row under Transactions with its reference, description, amount, payment method, status and date.

  1. 1

    Finding the payment instructions again

Click Details in the Actions column: the page repeats the order summary and the payment instructions (Interac or Bitcoin address, reference to include).

  2. 2

    Understanding the status

Pending — we are waiting for your payment.
Paid / Active — payment received and the line is active.
Cancelled — the order was not paid within the time limit or was cancelled at your request. Simply create a new one.

7 / 8

Opening a support ticket

The Support section keeps a written record of your requests. Our team replies by email and the conversation stays readable in the portal.

  1. 1

    New ticket

Click + New ticket top-right. Give a clear subject, choose the category (payment, setup, channel not working…) and describe the problem.

  2. 2

    Following the reply

The table shows each ticket's reference, status and last activity. Open it to read the answer and continue the exchange. For an emergency (a game starting in ten minutes), the live chat on this site remains the fastest.

Profile and signing out

The Profile section holds your account information.

  1. 1

    Check your email address

This is where the sign-in code, order confirmations and credentials are sent. Make sure it is correct and that our emails don't land in spam (add support@iptv-qchd.com to your contacts).

  2. 2

    Signing out

Click your name top-right, then Sign out. Remember to do it on a shared computer: your session stays open otherwise.

Common questions about the portal

I don't have a password — is that normal?

Yes. The portal works without passwords: you sign in with your Google account or with a 6-digit code sent to your email address each time. Nothing to remember or reset.

The 6-digit code isn't arriving.

Check your spam / junk folder, then click “Resend code”. If the address has a typo, use “Use another email address”. Still nothing after a few minutes? Reach us on chat and we will check on our side.

How long until activation after I pay?

Usually a few minutes after the Interac transfer or Bitcoin confirmation is received, during support hours. The line then appears under Subscriptions and you get an email with the credentials.

Where are my IPTV credentials?

Under Subscriptions → click your order: username, password, server URL and M3U link. They were also emailed to you after purchase.

Can I change device after ordering?

Yes. The credentials work on any compatible device, within the simultaneous-device limit of your plan. The device type declared at order time is only there to help us support you better.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

No. Every order is a one-off payment. The “Days before renewal” counter warns you, and you renew whenever you like via Plans → Renew a subscription, keeping the same credentials.

Ready to start?
