IPTV in Toronto: the Leafs, the Raptors and channels from around the world, without cable

Toronto is the only Canadian city where four major leagues play at home. With IPTV Québec HD the Maple Leafs are on Sportsnet and TSN (and CBC on Saturday nights), the Raptors on TSN and Sportsnet, the Blue Jays on Sportsnet, Toronto FC on the Apple TV channels and TSN, the Argonauts on TSN — in HD, without the Rogers or Bell sports tier.

Above all, no regional blackout: every Sportsnet variant (Ontario, East, West, Pacific, One, 360) and TSN 1 to 5 are included, which solves the classic “Leafs game not available in your region” problem on the official apps.

More than half of Torontonians were born abroad, and local cable does not keep up. Our line-up includes OMNI, channels from Pakistan (ARY, PTV), China and Hong Kong (CCTV, TVB, Phoenix), the Philippines (GMA, ABS-CBN), Italy, Portugal, Greece, Poland, Iran, the Caribbean and Africa — at no extra cost, in the same app.

For Toronto's francophones: Radio-Canada, TVA, Noovo, TFO, RDS and TVA Sports are there, just like in Montréal.

CP24, CTV Toronto, CBC Toronto, Global Toronto, CityTV, CHCH Hamilton, TVO, plus the Canadian specialty channels (Discovery, HGTV Canada, CBC News Network, CTV News Channel) and the major American networks. The programme guide (EPG) and catch-up are available on most of them.

The service runs over your internet connection, whatever the provider: Rogers Ignite, Bell Fibe, TekSavvy, Beanfield, Fido, Virgin Plus or Starlink. 25 Mbps is enough for HD, 50 Mbps for 4K. In a downtown condo, a house in Vaughan or an apartment in Brampton, it works anywhere you have internet — including the cottage in Muskoka, with the same credentials.
